Kaenan came out to test our city water today. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. He showed us what was in our water and explained what parts of it were unsafe for drinking. The whole process was really easy. The system was installed quickly and they followed up with us multiple times to ensure everything was continuing to work perfectly. We have had 2 contacts with thus Company and now are awaiting the installation of the System ClearWave provides! Our meeting with company owner, Justin Shoemaker, was impressive. He was very knowledgeable and professional, and explained things so we could readily understand them. He was patient with our questions, and his positive, friendly attitude and genuineness made us feel both comfortable and confident with the product he offers.

Our water had a very strong smell of chlorine and a taste we did not care for so we would only drink bottled water. We were at our son's house who was getting a reverse osmosis water system put in for his drinking water. We became very interested in this process. We contacted ClearWave Water Solutions. Justin, the owner, and a veteran, made an appointment to come and explain the process to us. He was very thorough. He had another worker, Charlie, with him, and they tested our water for free and showed us the results. Our water is very hard and they found a high amount of chlorine and nitrates in our water. We decided definitely to get the reverse osmosis system for our drinking water. Then we remembered how dry our skin gets and we also wanted the ice and water from the refrigerator to taste good as well, so we decided to get the whole house filtration system. When the installer, Tim, came to put the unit in the very next week, he was excellent. He explained the system again and where he was working and what he was doing. He answered any and all questions we had. Our water is softer on our skin and our skin does not look dry, it helps our hot water tank from getting more calcified inside, helps with our laundry and definitely we have wonderful drinkable water.
