Kierre came by today to service the whole-home and RO water filters ClearWave installed a year ago. He did a great job -- he was knowledgeable, competent, polite, and informed us about the work he completed and when we should expect to have our next servicing appointment. I recommend ClearWave and want to give shoutouts to both Kierre for his great service today, and Charlie Walkup who sold us the filters last year with his delightful personality and extensive knowledge of water quality, filtration, and purity!

Clearwave water solutions has been hands down the best company I’ve had the pleasure of working with since I bought my home. Justin and Michelle were great to talk to on the phone and face to face with the virtual appointment to figure out my water solution goals.

It’s very helpful when they show you the reports of what is actually in the city water And which system would best help give you the cleanest drinking water and to help prevent buildup/corrosion for your house. I cannot wait to feel the long term effects of having a system installed for the home!

After my virtual appointment, I knew exactly which system I wanted to go with and an invoice was sent out immediately Everything that we needed. Kierre showed up at our house a week later and the system was installed and operational in 3 hours. He was great with keeping my wife and I updated on every step he was at when we were both gone.

Luke from ClearWave installed a new water softener at my house this morning. He was right on time. He clearly is very experienced, knows water conditioning technology and plumbing in depth, and is interested in making sure that the customer is happy. He not only installed the softener, but took care to test the house's overall water throughput, as well as the basic water quality. He is friendly, easy to communicate with, and thorough. He definitely deserves a bonus.

I am very pleased with my new water filtration system and particularly happy with ClearWave Water Solutions' sales, customer service and system installation. Justin, the owner, patiently walked me through all things water quality and filtration. His passion for communicating the importance of clean water is engaging and contagious. Michelle was extremely responsive, answered any and all questions and kept the project humming along efficiently.
I was concerned that installation would require cutting multiple holes in my ceiling drywall, as per a previous (non-related) plumbing project. When Luke and Kierre arrived to install the system, they brainstormed a way to configure the system that avoided damaging my ceiling. They were professional, competent, efficient and - added bonus - really nice guys.
The system was installed a few weeks ago and there is a stark difference between before and after. No more sediment in my water, no more hard water stains and mineral traces everywhere. My hair and skin feel better. And the water tastes good! !

We just got a whole house water softener and under sink RO system installed. This company is very professional, has the best warranty and guarantees, and the best prices you will find. I first spoke with Devon and he provided a great explanation of my current water situation and how their systems can help, recommended the two best options for us, provided quotes, and answered all my questions. He even gave his cell number so I could call or text with any other questions I might have. Then the technicians Kierre and John were very professional and did an excellent job installing the units. They arrived on time and were done in just a few hours. Their work was clean and efficient. I’m super happy with the service so far and can’t wait to start feeling the difference in my water. Clearwave is the best then the rest. I had 5 different companies come quote me systems and Clearwave was the obvious choice. I was a little nervous at first because They were not the cheapest units but the quality they showed was amazing. After installation I found an IMMEDIATE difference. My skin is clear, my skin conditions have cleared. This is the obvious choice.

KIERRE , Who was the service man to arrive at our home with very cordial and professional. He arrived exactly on time if not a little bit early and explained everything and he did for the installation for the whole home Filtering system as well as the RO system in the kitchen. He was great and very efficient in his work.
I am looking forward to an improved water quality. I have used RO systems and other filtering systems for my homes over the years in Florida and in North Carolina and this is my first experience in Virginia book I really feel that this company is exceptional.

Justin did an excellent job in confuguring a filtration/softening system that more than fit my families needs. You need to get the reverse ionazation tank for your drinking water, is a must have and will eliminate the need to buy bottled drinking water ever again!
