Every aspect of working with ClearWave has been a pleasure (sales, front office, and install team). Install was completed today by two professionals that respected our home and explained all components of our system very well.

Came out the very next morning for testing, and got installed 2 days later. Bill did a great job installing everything with a little girl chattering at him most of the time, and then a video call run down for dad. Immediate and huge difference!

We had our system installed a year ago by Clearwave. We feel very confident moving forward with them. Kierre was a great maintenance person and he explained all of the questions we had. Michelle has also been really help and if we ever need anything or have any concerns, everyone is very open and helpful.

He clearly is very experienced, knows water conditioning technology and plumbing in depth, and is interested in making sure that the customer is happy. He not only installed the softener, but took care to test the house's overall water throughput, as well as the basic water quality. He is friendly, easy to communicate with, and thorough. He definitely deserves a bonus.

Kierre came by today to service the whole-home and RO water filters ClearWave installed a year ago. Justin, the owner, is very knowledgeable. He trains his staff and tells them why it is important to do the installation without any shortcuts. He double checks his work to make sure there are no leaks and performs maintenance yearly which includes testing your water again to make sure the system is working correctly. We are so happy with this system. We have good tasting water and no smell of chemicals. The water is so good that the NeilMed sinus rinse says, “if you have reverse osmosis you do not need to buy distilled water.” It is worth the money!!

I'm very satisfied with ClearWave Water Solutions. The water softener and whole house filter has been a blessing. My hot water heater drains. There is no mineral build-up. Our clothes are clean now when they come out of the washer. No mineral build-up on the faucets, sinks, tub, shower or toilets. One of the best things I done at my house. The service has been excellent. Service professional polite and knowledgeable.

We recently had the ClearWave Sovereign whole-home water system and RO system installed, and we couldn't be happier with the experience. Absolutely the best customer service I’ve ever experienced. From start to finish, the team was responsive, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable. I was in constant communication with Justin every step of the way. He made the entire process smooth, clear, and stress-free. We had a whole house water filtration system installed, and it has been a complete game changer for my family and me. I only wish we had done this 20 years ago. We had water pouring from a tank near our water tank on a weekend and our servicing provider had not replied to our emergency voicemail message in a timelu manner. I called around and spoke to Michelle on the phone for almost 30 minutes who helped my husband trouble shoot and even researched manuals and info on our unit to attempt to help solve the emergency flood issue even though they do not service nor did they sell us our unit. We ended up getting our usual service provider to call back and get them out there after Michelle helped us as an invaluable resource. So although we were not a paying customer (yet) I did want to share that this company provides excellent customer service and is friendly and knowledgeable, going truly above and beyond for a homeowner who was very unknowledgable about their system.Truly amazing service. This type of service makes an impression that sticks and speaks to the type of company this is and we are definitely keeping you all in our contacts for the future needs of our servicing and down the line when we are ready for a new system eventually. Thank you for being the calm in the storm for us that day.

Excellent company and install process! Very transparent, thorough and easy to work with. They replaced an old Reverse Osmosis system with a new one. Very pleased! Justin did an excellent job in confuguring a filtration/softening system that more than fit my families needs. You need to get the reverse ionazation tank for your drinking water, is a must have and will eliminate the need to buy bottled drinking water ever again!
