I never felt like they were trying to oversell us- the team was honest about our options and the system we chose is outstanding. No more bad tasting water or skin irritation from chlorine. Justin did an excellent job in confuguring a filtration/softening system that more than fit my families needs. You need to get the reverse ionazation tank for your drinking water, is a must have and will eliminate the need to buy bottled drinking water ever again!

Clearwave water solutions has been hands down the best company I’ve had the pleasure of working with since I bought my home. Justin and Michelle were great to talk to on the phone and face to face with the virtual appointment to figure out my water solution goals. It’s very helpful when they show you the reports of what is actually in the city water And which system would best help give you the cleanest drinking water and to help prevent buildup/corrosion for your house. I cannot wait to feel the long term effects of having a system installed for the home! After my virtual appointment, I knew exactly which system I wanted to go with and an invoice was sent out immediately Everything that we needed. Kierre showed up at our house a week later and the system was installed and operational in 3 hours. He was great with keeping my wife and I updated on every step he was at when we were both gone. I truly appreciate clear water solutions, communication, and straightforwardness when it comes to giving you an excellent product And ensuring it will get the job done. Highly recommend Clearwave Water Solutions. I just had them install a whole-home water softener and filtration system, plus a reverse osmosis (RO) setup in the kitchen, and the results are night and day. My house wasn't an "easy" install. The main water line was on the side of the house, so the team had to reroute it about 30 feet through a finished drywall ceiling, over the theater room and home gym, just to reach the center of the home. I was worried about the mess, but the crew was incredibly professional—they covered everything up and left the place spotless when they were done. The water quality is now outstanding. I’ve attached a test strip photo to show the difference: you can see the "Outside" line is purple (extremely hard), while the rest of the house is now perfectly soft. What’s really impressive is that the water coming through my fridge filter is now almost identical in quality to the water running throughout the whole home. It’s a marginal difference at best, which shows just how well that whole-home filter is working. Great crew, excellent work, and totally worth the investment.

We installed a water softener system to deal with hard water, and the difference has been noticeable right away. Soap lathers better, and fixtures stay cleaner without buildup. The installation took just a few hours, and the technician walked us through maintenance steps. Compared to before, everything from showers to laundry feels improved. It’s a small system that makes a big impact on daily use. The process was simple, and everything was handled professionally.

I am very pleased with my new water filtration system and particularly happy with ClearWave Water Solutions' sales, customer service and system installation. Justin, the owner, patiently walked me through all things water quality and filtration. His passion for communicating the importance of clean water is engaging and contagious. Michelle was extremely responsive, answered any and all questions and kept the project humming along efficiently. I was concerned that installation would require cutting multiple holes in my ceiling drywall, as per a previous (non-related) plumbing project. When Luke and Kierre arrived to install the system, they brainstormed a way to configure the system that avoided damaging my ceiling. They were professional, competent, efficient and - added bonus - really nice guys. The system was installed a few weeks ago and there is a stark difference between before and after. No more sediment in my water, no more hard water stains and mineral traces everywhere. My hair and skin feel better. And the water tastes good! !

We just got a whole house water softener and under sink RO system installed. This company is very professional, has the best warranty and guarantees, and the best prices you will find. I first spoke with Devon and he provided a great explanation of my current water situation and how their systems can help, recommended the two best options for us, provided quotes, and answered all my questions. He even gave his cell number so I could call or text with any other questions I might have. Then the technicians Kierre and John were very professional and did an excellent job installing the units. They arrived on time and were done in just a few hours. Their work was clean and efficient. I’m super happy with the service so far and can’t wait to start feeling the difference in my water. Clearwave is the best then the rest. I had 5 different companies come quote me systems and Clearwave was the obvious choice. I was a little nervous at first because They were not the cheapest units but the quality they showed was amazing. After installation I found an IMMEDIATE difference. Pierre called prior to arrival to make sure that we were ready for him. He also explained that he was a little ahead of schedule and wanted to make sure it was a good time. When he arrived he was very professional and friendly, explained what he needed to do, asked if we had any questions for him and was extremely helpful and polite. Customer service like this is why I am glad I made the choice to go with this company instead of the countless others.

Justin, the owner, is very knowledgeable. He trains his staff and tells them why it is important to do the installation without any shortcuts. He double checks his work to make sure there are no leaks and performs maintenance yearly which includes testing your water again to make sure the system is working correctly. We are so happy with this system. We have good tasting water and no smell of chemicals. The water is so good that the NeilMed sinus rinse says, “if you have reverse osmosis you do not need to buy distilled water.” It is worth the money!!

Clear Wave Water Solutions is highly recommended for anyone wanting to add a water filtration system in their home.

We had water pouring from a tank near our water tank on a weekend and our servicing provider had not replied to our emergency voicemail message in a timelu manner. I called around and spoke to Michelle on the phone for almost 30 minutes who helped my husband trouble shoot and even researched manuals and info on our unit to attempt to help solve the emergency flood issue even though they do not service nor did they sell us our unit. We ended up getting our usual service provider to call back and get them out there after Michelle helped us as an invaluable resource. So although we were not a paying customer (yet) I did want to share that this company provides excellent customer service and is friendly and knowledgeable, going truly above and beyond for a homeowner who was very unknowledgable about their system.Truly amazing service. This type of service makes an impression that sticks and speaks to the type of company this is and we are definitely keeping you all in our contacts for the future needs of our servicing and down the line when we are ready for a new system eventually. Thank you for being the calm in the storm for us that day.

From my experience, this is a superior water conditioner. I am a picky water drinker and find this to be so good I serve it to company.

They have done two water tests, both free of charge, and on the second test told me my water was fine and I didn't really need a water filtrations system. That kind of honesty and integrity is both surprising and refreshing. It was two boil water advisories in 6 months here in Richmond that made it clear I needed something. After my previous experience with ClearWave, I knew exactly who to call. Justin did a great job of explaining what our options were without giving this old Paratrooper a headache (a difficult proposition for an exceedingly technically competent former Sailor) . Once we made our decision to get an in home RO/UV system, the price was exceedingly reasonable with rapid financing. Kierre did a flawless job with the installation and explaining what we needed to do to keep the system up and running. Great outfit, great product!

We were very very pleased with the service from clearwave. Communication was excellent and we received reminders a few times before the actual appointment for installation. KIERRE , Who was the service man to arrive at our home with very cordial and professional. He arrived exactly on time if not a little bit early and explained everything and he did for the installation for the whole home Filtering system as well as the RO system in the kitchen. He was great and very efficient in his work. I am looking forward to an improved water quality. I have used RO systems and other filtering systems for my homes over the years in Florida and in North Carolina and this is my first experience in Virginia book I really feel that this company is exceptional.

I have had clear wave water solutions filtration system under my house for a couple years now. It’s made a huge difference in my water quality. Few speed bumps in the beginning, but always made right by the end. It’s been a couple years now and I get my unit serviced every year. I just wanna say how professional and kind the tech Isaiah was today. He came out to service the unit. He realize that my blue light was out and needed to be replaced since it had been over a year since my last service… unfortunately he did not have a light with him, but he was able to call Justin and get it situated quickly. He’s bringing me a light back TODAY! Talk about quick turnaround. Isaiah was very apologetic that he did not have one with him at the time… which was fine, but I do rely on that blue light a lot to kill the bacteria in our water that made me very sick before we had a filtration system from clear wave. I appreciate the prompt responses and quick turnaround time for the light replacement!! Isaiah’s demeanor and attitude is top tier!! Really nice guy!

Luke from ClearWave installed a new water softener at my house this morning. He was right on time. He clearly is very experienced, knows water conditioning technology and plumbing in depth, and is interested in making sure that the customer is happy. He not only installed the softener, but took care to test the house's overall water throughput, as well as the basic water quality. He is friendly, easy to communicate with, and thorough. He definitely deserves a bonus.

I'm very satisfied with ClearWave Water Solutions. The water softener and whole house filter has been a blessing. My hot water heater drains. There is no mineral build-up. Our clothes are clean now when they come out of the washer. No mineral build-up on the faucets, sinks, tub, shower or toilets. One of the best things I done at my house. The service has been excellent. Service professional polite and knowledgeable.

Technician Kierre was very attentive and responsive to my questions. He addressed my concerns.

Our experience was overall very positive when it comes to the systems we got (Sediment filter, ClearWave Terra to address acidity, ClearWave Ferro to remove iron and soften water, UV light system to deal with bacteria, and an under the sink reverse osmosis system for drinking water in our kitchen) and their installation. The overall system price was competitive and the company was responsive and organized, including in their follow-ups regarding installation scheduling. The installation was split over two visits (the second for the installation of the under the sink reverse osmosis system that was not available with the rest of the equipment), and for both visits the technician responsible for the installation (Kierre) showed-up right on time and was extremely professional, including in demonstrating how to configure and use the system. Overall I would definitely recommend them when it comes to overall system, installation and professionalism. The one other addition to our system was signing up for their yearly maintenance plan, and this part would have benefited from a little more transparency. The documentation we were initially provided listed a specific price for their standard maintenance plan, which is the one we ended-up selecting, while the plan we ended-up being quoted was $125 more expensive per year and required a 3-year commitment. I appreciate that the early quote might have been based on an earlier year pricing and we could have lowered the price we paid by selecting a 5-year plan, but we felt that a 3 years commitment was already long. I would recommend that they be more up-front about the pricing of their maintenance plans, but overall we had a positive experience and this won't refrain me from recommending them
