He clearly is very experienced, knows water conditioning technology and plumbing in depth, and is interested in making sure that the customer is happy. They have done two water tests, both free of charge, and on the second test told me my water was fine and I didn't really need a water filtrations system. That kind of honesty and integrity is both surprising and refreshing. It was two boil water advisories in 6 months here in Richmond that made it clear I needed something. After my previous experience with ClearWave, I knew exactly who to call. Justin did a great job of explaining what our options were without giving this old Paratrooper a headache (a difficult proposition for an exceedingly technically competent former Sailor) . Once we made our decision to get an in home RO/UV system, the price was exceedingly reasonable with rapid financing.
