They have done two water tests, both free of charge, and on the second test told me my water was fine and I didn't really need a water filtrations system. That kind of honesty and integrity is both surprising and refreshing. It was two boil water advisories in 6 months here in Richmond that made it clear I needed something. After my previous experience with ClearWave, I knew exactly who to call. Justin did a great job of explaining what our options were without giving this old Paratrooper a headache (a difficult proposition for an exceedingly technically competent former Sailor) .
