We recently had the ClearWave Sovereign whole-home water system and RO system installed, and we couldn't be happier with the experience. After speaking with several water treatment companies, ClearWave stood out immediately. Some of the other companies came into our home, performed water tests that felt more like scare tactics, and then tried to sell us systems that didn't actually address many of the contaminants they had just highlighted. ClearWave took a completely different approach. They reviewed our water quality concerns, explained our options, and made recommendations based on our goals and the actual water data. What impressed us most was the low-pressure, educational approach. Even the virtual consultation was surprisingly informative. At first, I wasn't sure how a virtual meeting could be effective when discussing water quality, but they shared detailed lab reporting and walked us through exactly what was in our water and how different treatment options addressed those specific concerns. The installation process was seamless. The team was professional, punctual, and communicated clearly throughout the entire project. Our experience was overall very positive when it comes to the systems we got (Sediment filter, ClearWave Terra to address acidity, ClearWave Ferro to remove iron and soften water, UV light system to deal with bacteria, and an under the sink reverse osmosis system for drinking water in our kitchen) and their installation. The overall system price was competitive and the company was responsive and organized, including in their follow-ups regarding installation scheduling. The installation was split over two visits (the second for the installation of the under the sink reverse osmosis system that was not available with the rest of the equipment), and for both visits the technician responsible for the installation (Kierre) showed-up right on time and was extremely professional, including in demonstrating how to configure and use the system. Overall I would definitely recommend them when it comes to overall system, installation and professionalism. The one other addition to our system was signing up for their yearly maintenance plan, and this part would have benefited from a little more transparency. The documentation we were initially provided listed a specific price for their standard maintenance plan, which is the one we ended-up selecting, while the plan we ended-up being quoted was $125 more expensive per year and required a 3-year commitment. I appreciate that the early quote might have been based on an earlier year pricing and we could have lowered the price we paid by selecting a 5-year plan, but we felt that a 3 years commitment was already long. I would recommend that they be more up-front about the pricing of their maintenance plans, but overall we had a positive experience and this won't refrain me from recommending them

Justin, the owner, is very knowledgeable. He trains his staff and tells them why it is important to do the installation without any shortcuts. He double checks his work to make sure there are no leaks and performs maintenance yearly which includes testing your water again to make sure the system is working correctly. We are so happy with this system. We have good tasting water and no smell of chemicals. The water is so good that the NeilMed sinus rinse says, “if you have reverse osmosis you do not need to buy distilled water.” It is worth the money!!

We were very very pleased with the service from clearwave. Communication was excellent and we received reminders a few times before the actual appointment for installation. KIERRE , Who was the service man to arrive at our home with very cordial and professional. He arrived exactly on time if not a little bit early and explained everything and he did for the installation for the whole home Filtering system as well as the RO system in the kitchen. He was great and very efficient in his work. I am looking forward to an improved water quality. Highly recommend Clearwave Water Solutions. I just had them install a whole-home water softener and filtration system, plus a reverse osmosis (RO) setup in the kitchen, and the results are night and day. My house wasn't an "easy" install. The main water line was on the side of the house, so the team had to reroute it about 30 feet through a finished drywall ceiling, over the theater room and home gym, just to reach the center of the home. I was worried about the mess, but the crew was incredibly professional—they covered everything up and left the place spotless when they were done. The water quality is now outstanding. I’ve attached a test strip photo to show the difference: you can see the "Outside" line is purple (extremely hard), while the rest of the house is now perfectly soft. What’s really impressive is that the water coming through my fridge filter is now almost identical in quality to the water running throughout the whole home. It’s a marginal difference at best, which shows just how well that whole-home filter is working. Great crew, excellent work, and totally worth the investment.
