I am very pleased with my new water filtration system and particularly happy with ClearWave Water Solutions' sales, customer service and system installation. Justin, the owner, patiently walked me through all things water quality and filtration. His passion for communicating the importance of clean water is engaging and contagious. Michelle was extremely responsive, answered any and all questions and kept the project humming along efficiently. I was concerned that installation would require cutting multiple holes in my ceiling drywall, as per a previous (non-related) plumbing project. When Luke and Kierre arrived to install the system, they brainstormed a way to configure the system that avoided damaging my ceiling. They were professional, competent, efficient and - added bonus - really nice guys. The system was installed a few weeks ago and there is a stark difference between before and after. No more sediment in my water, no more hard water stains and mineral traces everywhere. My hair and skin feel better. And the water tastes good! !

Justin, the owner, is very knowledgeable. He trains his staff and tells them why it is important to do the installation without any shortcuts. He double checks his work to make sure there are no leaks and performs maintenance yearly which includes testing your water again to make sure the system is working correctly. We are so happy with this system. We have good tasting water and no smell of chemicals. The water is so good that the NeilMed sinus rinse says, “if you have reverse osmosis you do not need to buy distilled water.” It is worth the money!!

They have done two water tests, both free of charge, and on the second test told me my water was fine and I didn't really need a water filtrations system. That kind of honesty and integrity is both surprising and refreshing. It was two boil water advisories in 6 months here in Richmond that made it clear I needed something. Highly recommend Clearwave Water Solutions. I just had them install a whole-home water softener and filtration system, plus a reverse osmosis (RO) setup in the kitchen, and the results are night and day. My house wasn't an "easy" install. The main water line was on the side of the house, so the team had to reroute it about 30 feet through a finished drywall ceiling, over the theater room and home gym, just to reach the center of the home. I was worried about the mess, but the crew was incredibly professional—they covered everything up and left the place spotless when they were done. The water quality is now outstanding. I’ve attached a test strip photo to show the difference: you can see the "Outside" line is purple (extremely hard), while the rest of the house is now perfectly soft. What’s really impressive is that the water coming through my fridge filter is now almost identical in quality to the water running throughout the whole home. It’s a marginal difference at best, which shows just how well that whole-home filter is working. Great crew, excellent work, and totally worth the investment.
