We were very very pleased with the service from clearwave. Communication was excellent and we received reminders a few times before the actual appointment for installation. KIERRE , Who was the service man to arrive at our home with very cordial and professional. He arrived exactly on time if not a little bit early and explained everything and he did for the installation for the whole home Filtering system as well as the RO system in the kitchen. He was great and very efficient in his work. I am looking forward to an improved water quality. I have used RO systems and other filtering systems for my homes over the years in Florida and in North Carolina and this is my first experience in Virginia book I really feel that this company is exceptional.

The installation took just a few hours, and the technician walked us through maintenance steps. Compared to before, everything from showers to laundry feels improved. Super professional

Justin did an excellent job in confuguring a filtration/softening system that more than fit my families needs. You need to get the reverse ionazation tank for your drinking water, is a must have and will eliminate the need to buy bottled drinking water ever again!

We had our system installed a year ago by Clearwave. We feel very confident moving forward with them. Kierre was a great maintenance person and he explained all of the questions we had. Michelle has also been really help and if we ever need anything or have any concerns, everyone is very open and helpful.

I was a little nervous at first because They were not the cheapest units but the quality they showed was amazing. After installation I found an IMMEDIATE difference. I'm very satisfied with ClearWave Water Solutions. The water softener and whole house filter has been a blessing. My hot water heater drains. There is no mineral build-up. Our clothes are clean now when they come out of the washer. No mineral build-up on the faucets, sinks, tub, shower or toilets. One of the best things I done at my house. The service has been excellent. Service professional polite and knowledgeable.

Luke from ClearWave installed a new water softener at my house this morning. He was right on time. He clearly is very experienced, knows water conditioning technology and plumbing in depth, and is interested in making sure that the customer is happy. He not only installed the softener, but took care to test the house's overall water throughput, as well as the basic water quality. He is friendly, easy to communicate with, and thorough. He definitely deserves a bonus.

Justin and his team responded in a timely manner and addressed all our concerns. In fact, his tech identified another issue and offered to come back at a later date to remedy the concern. We were very happy with the service we received.

Excellent service. Charlie did a awesome job testing and letting me know what I needed to protect my family and my home. Bill the plumber was amazing. He is a great guy and he with walked me through how it all works very easily. OUTSTANDING COMPANY. I would recommend them to anyone!

Justin, the owner, is very knowledgeable. He trains his staff and tells them why it is important to do the installation without any shortcuts. He double checks his work to make sure there are no leaks and performs maintenance yearly which includes testing your water again to make sure the system is working correctly. We are so happy with this system. We have good tasting water and no smell of chemicals. The water is so good that the NeilMed sinus rinse says, “if you have reverse osmosis you do not need to buy distilled water.” It is worth the money!!

They have done two water tests, both free of charge, and on the second test told me my water was fine and I didn't really need a water filtrations system. That kind of honesty and integrity is both surprising and refreshing. It was two boil water advisories in 6 months here in Richmond that made it clear I needed something. After my previous experience with ClearWave, I knew exactly who to call. Justin did a great job of explaining what our options were without giving this old Paratrooper a headache (a difficult proposition for an exceedingly technically competent former Sailor) . Once we made our decision to get an in home RO/UV system, the price was exceedingly reasonable with rapid financing. Kierre did a flawless job with the installation and explaining what we needed to do to keep the system up and running. Great outfit, great product!

We recently had the ClearWave Sovereign whole-home water system and RO system installed, and we couldn't be happier with the experience.
